The audio track is Skippy\u2019s voice whining because Aspen is busy in the week between Christmas and New Year\u2019s Day. The voice says that ways must be found to exclude the crowds from Aspen, including \u201cthe wrong people.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">Retailers, restaurateurs, hoteliers, do you agree?
