Participants must be an intermediate level rider or skier to participate, helmets and lift tickets are required.<\/p>\n<p class=\"[No paragraph style]\"> Noon to 3 p.m.<\/p>\n<p class=\"[No paragraph style]\"> \u201cWINTERFEST\u201d at Wagner Park and the Clock Tower Pedestrian Mall.
