Participating businesses will offer prix fixe or \u00e1 la carte menus at $10, $20 and $40 price points.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">A prix fixe menu may include an appetizer, soup, salad, entree and dessert all for a set price per person whereas an \u00e1 la carte menu may include a course at one of the three price points.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">\u201cNo matter what your budget is, you\u2019re going to be able to find something that you\u2019re going to want to give a try,\u201d Albert said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">Additionally, among the various restaurants, breakfast, lunch and dinner options are available.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">In addition to restaurants, Roaring Fork Restaurant Week also includes a handful of participating brewpubs, distilleries and tasting rooms.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">\u201cWe are offering a branded glass promotion where customers, when they buy a full pour, can keep the glass after finishing their drink,\u201d said Taylor Matson, Casey Brewing Taproom assistant general manager. \u201cWe are right in the restaurant area in downtown Glenwood, and we wanted to give something back to the community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">Not wanting to compete with Valentine\u2019s Day crowds, organizers selected Feb. 1 through Feb. 9 for restaurant week due to it being a slightly less busy time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">\u201cThere isn\u2019t anybody that doesn\u2019t like to go out to eat,\u201d Albert said. \u201cIt also gives people the opportunity to support their local restaurants during a slower time of the year.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">For a complete listing of participating restaurants and specials, visit rfrestaurantweek.com.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">Roaring Fork Restaurant Week\u2019s community sponsors include: Visit Glenwood, Basalt Chamber of Commerce, Carbondale Chamber &amp; Tourism, Willits Town Center and Snowmass Colorado.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText Tagline\"><a href=\"mailto:mabennett@postindependent.com\">mabennett@postindependent.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aspentimes.com\/news\/local\/back-for-seconds-restaurant-week-gets-cooking-saturday\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">via:: The Aspen Times<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>From Snowmass to Glenwood Springs, roughly 50 eateries plan to participate in this year\u2019s Roaring Fork Restaurant Week.
