Many companies strive to make gear lighter and more high-tech. But Eukarya had a different approach: to make its new product as sustainable as possible. And that meant building a headlamp out of wood.<\/p>\n

Eukarya\u2019s Origin Headlamp is composed of renewable zebra or cherry wood, recycled aluminum and recycled plastic. It\u2019s also rechargeable, so it eliminates the need for batteries.<\/p>\n

This is one of the most stylish headlamps I\u2019ve ever seen. Before testing, I had concerns that the headlamp was designed with looks over function in mind, but that was not the case.<\/p>\n

The LED light has a max brightness of 300 lumens and a battery life of up to 15 hours. It weighs 2.99 ounces and is made in the USA.<\/p>\n
