The delay is my fault due to my calendar issues,\u201d said Zac Parsons, a deputy district attorney for the 9th Judicial District Attorney\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">He said he had a meeting arranged on Thursday with von Stein\u2019s attorney, Michael Fox. Parsons said he hoped they could achieve \u201cprogress\u201d on a possible disposition.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">Von Stein was <a id=\"N0x2141770N0x211f990:N0x2141770N0x1ff0ab8\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aspentimes.com\/news\/local\/basalt-choir-teacher-arrested-on-charge-of-alleged-sexual-contact-with-student\/\">arrested Sept. 4<\/a> on suspicion of three counts of sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust.
