You know that feeling when you\u2019re walking out of a venue \u2014 drenched in sweat, voice hoarse and just f\u2014ed up enough \u2014 after an unforgettable show that immediately inserts itself in your pantheon of all-time concerts?<\/p>\n

It could\u2019ve been the walk out of Red Rocks or Belly Up, the now-closed Ranch Bowl, Harrah\u2019s in Council Bluffs or maybe the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, but something about that post-show euphoria mixed with a cool breeze of fresh air \u2014 or maybe slightly less stuffy air \u2014 sticks with me.<\/p>\n

It doesn\u2019t come around that often but when it does, it\u2019s seemingly unexpected despite the fame of the artist. I\u2019ve been to shows that I knew were going to be good but still exceeded my loftiest expectations. And I\u2019ve seen bands I hardly knew who left my ears ringing in the best way possible.<\/p>\n

However, that opportunity no longer exists for certain acts other than to imagine it, with a pang of jealousy, through someone else\u2019s first-hand recollection.<\/p>\n
