We are committed to providing the best passes in the ski industry and are focused on both honoring the loyalty of our guests and providing peace of mind for next season,\u201d Rob Katz, Chief Executive Officer, said in a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicpass.com\/info\/letter-to-our-pass-holders.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">release<\/a><i class=\"fas fa-external-link-alt\"><\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>According to the release, 2019\/2020 season pass holders will receive a minimum credit of&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.epicpass.com\/info\/letter-to-our-pass-holders.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">20% toward next season\u2019s pass. For season pass holders who used their pass less than five days, they will be eligible for higher credits up to a maximum of 80%<\/a><i class=\"fas fa-external-link-alt\"><\/i>&nbsp;for season pass holders who did not use their season pass at all.&nbsp;For Epic Day Pass, Edge Card and other frequency-based products with unused days remaining, Vail Resorts will provide credits for each unused day up to a maximum of an 80% credit.<\/p>\n<p>The credits will be available to pass holders who purchase 2020\/2021 passes by&nbsp;September 7, 2020.<\/p>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col\" readability=\"6\">\n<div class=\"row at-donation at-donation-mobile p-0\" readability=\"7\">\n<div class=\"col-xl-4 p-2\">\n<div data-bg=\"url(https:\/\/cdn.aspentimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2020\/03\/AT-logo-white.png)\" class=\"p-0 mt-2 mb-2 h-75 text-center rocket-lazyload\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.aspentimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2020\/03\/AT-logo-white.png\" class=\"logo m-0 p-0 invisible\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><h3 class=\"d-inline mr-3\">Support Local Journalism<\/h3>\n<p><button class=\"btn d-inline\" type=\"button\" onclick=\"handleDonationButtonClickMidArticle()\">Donate<\/button><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Vail Resorts launches \u2018Epic Coverage\u2019<\/h2>\n<p>Moving forward, future passholders will have new protections on their passes through a new program.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are redefining how we will protect season passes through the launch of \u2018Epic Coverage.\u2019 Epic Coverage is free for all pass holders and completely replaces the need to purchase pass insurance.
