In addition to the Board of Health, the proposal must be approved by Pitkin County commissioners and the Aspen Valley Hospital Board.<\/p>\n<p>Those boards will meet on an emergency basis if necessary to address the variance question.<\/p>\n<p>Pitkin County\u2019s new public health order, which goes into effect Saturday, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aspentimes.com\/news\/pitkin-county-phase-1-reopening-questions-and-answers-on-what-to-expect-saturday\/\">implements Phase 1 openings<\/a>, including retail, childcare and gathering sizes up to 10 people.
