On Saturday morning, as clouds were clearing and temperatures were just starting to warm, over 100 runners lined up outside the Granby Town Hall for the 31st annual Granby Gut Buster 5K.
Granby’s Recreation Director Julie Martin started the race at 9 a.m. with the first runner crossing less than 20 minutes later.
Following the race, participants could enjoy bouncy house, music and refreshments, as well as win door prizes.
Prizes were awarded to the overall male and female finishers as well as to the top three male and female finishers in each of the eight age categories.
