It may be winter but it’s not too early to think about planting seedlings for next spring! Summit County Extension & the Colorado State Forest Service are partnering to provide local landowners with low-cost native seedling trees. Orders will be accepted until April 18, 2014, with seedlings available for pick-up in mid-May. Native seedlings provide a low-cost option for reforestation, creation of windbreaks and wildlife habitat. Order early for the best selection. Details: 668-3595.
