360 Blue LLC, a Florida-based company, is expanding from its portfolio of vacation rentals on the Emerald Coast to include properties in Breckenridge, according to the company.

A news release describes 360 Blue’s acquisition of Book Breck, a local business featuring alpine vacation rentals, and adds it represents 360 Blue’s first move beyond northwest Florida’s rental market.

“We’ve been actively looking for a company out West that would make a good fit for us,” Ashley Horsley, co-owner and CEO of 360 Blue, said in the release. “Earlier this year we finally found it. Book Breck is a small but exceptionally well-run operation that we feel comfortable branding as our own.”

360 Blue boasts representing the largest collection of luxury vacation home rentals along Florida’s Emerald Coast with approximately 575 properties under its purview. By acquiring Book Breck, the company now has the foothold it wanted in the Rockies.

“The acquisition just makes sense for us,” Horsley continued. “It’s good for our homeowners on the Emerald Coast and Breckenridge alike, as 360 Blue and Book Breck share the same feeder markets. It also extends our database, offering guests the best of the beach and the best of the mountains.”
