Developer takes Dairy Apartments to market

At a Sunday afternoon open house, Granby got its first look inside the town’s newest housing development, the Dairy Apartments.

The Dairy Apartments replaced the old Meadow Gold Dairy at the corners of First Street and Jasper Avenue. The development features 12 units — one studio and 11 one-bedroom apartments.

Each unit comes with a full bathroom and kitchen, washer and dryer, and one dedicated parking space in the parking lot directly east of the building. One-bedroom units are around 800 square feet, while the studio is 415 square feet.

Rent for one-bedroom units is $1,750 a month and $1,200 for the studio plus utilities. The complex does not allow smoking or pets.

As of Sunday afternoon, all of the units were available. Interested renters should reach out to Brenda Reeder at 760-402-5765.
