A Colorado-based developer that builds, sells and manages high-quality real estate, East West Partners, was recently ranked the No. 1 Large Company on the list of 2019 Top Workplaces awarded by The Denver Post.

According to a news release, East West Partners is a family of companies that includes East West Partners, Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate and East West Hospitality.

Additionally, East West Partners CEO Chris Frampton was named Top Large Company Leader by the newspaper, which based its lists on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey.

The anonymous survey reportedly measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection, for example.

A total of 150 organizations in the categories of large, medium and small were recognized, and Frampton expressed pride in the honor.

“I am tremendously proud that the culture we have built at East West Partners over the last 30 years has resulted in this prestigious award,” he said in the release. “While this recognition stems from the feedback of the employees of our Colorado family of companies, we have East West Partners employees all over the country, all of whom are integral to the East West Partners family.”

The company notes that this was East West Partners’ first time participating in the Denver Post’s Top Workplaces program.
