For its inaugural year, the organizers of the Walk for Life fundraiser benefitting the Pregnancy Resource Connection were more than thrilled with the results.
More than 90 people participated in the two mile family walk and 5K run at the Middle Park Fairgrounds in Kremmling on Saturday morning. Ultimately, Pregnancy Resource Connection raised more money than its $20,000 goal.
The money raised at the event will fund its free services, such as birth preparation classes, breastfeeding support and educational resources.
