Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate opens new office location in Silverthorne

Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate opened a new office on Tuesday, Nov. 12 at the new 4th Street Crossing development in Silverthorne. The office is opening in conjunction with 4th Street Crossing developers Milender White and Real Capital Solutions and is strategically located next to the future residences at the corner of 4th Street and Blue River Parkway. 

“We’ve got a great team of brokers who will be stationed at our new location,” Troy Margelofsky, listing broker and sales team lead at the new office said in a statement. “We’re excited for the public to stop by and experience what will be the new heart of Silverthorne.”

The office is located at 401 Blue River Parkway, Silverthorne and will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
