BRECKENRIDGE — MacKenzie Kelly, of Breckenridge, participated in the Bates College Junior Semester Abroad program, studying in New Zealand through University of Otago, Dunedin, according to a news release.
Kelly, a 2016 graduate of Episcopal School of Dallas, is majoring in politics at Bates in Lewiston, Maine.
