UPS stores in Eagle, Summit Counties are back to full operations

The four franchised UPS stores in Eagle and Summit Counties that were temporarily unable to process and ship packages beginning Friday, Dec. 1 have returned to full operations. The Vail, Avon, Edwards and Dillon stores, which all have the same owner, are able to process and ship packages, in addition to performing all regular activities, as of Thursday, Dec. 7.

“The locations previously discussed (Vail, Avon, Edwards, and Dillon) are now fully operational once again,” wrote Casey Sorrell, community and public relations manager for UPS, in an email to the Vail Daily.

“We appreciate the community’s patience during the brief period in which these stores were unable to process packages. We look forward to serving customers at these locations this holiday season,” Sorrell wrote.

No further changes to services are expected following the return to full operations.
