3. Why do you like what you do?

Through my work as an off-road aftermarket, custom install and fabrication shop, not only am I able to produce a high quality vehicle build, I am also afforded the opportunity to guide, educate and motivate our clients about proper land use and stewardship.

4. What strategy do you use to hire good people?

Our current hiring strategy is to hire well-known, qualified staff who are invested in our company through experience with our company. Our staff is all handpicked based on knowledge base and attention to detail to provide our customers with the highest quality installation and service experience.

5. What is your plan for growth in the next year in products, services or quality?

We plan to expand our current shop, as well as add additional technicians this summer, which will allow as to expand our service base and decrease our turn-around time.

6. What is the best thing about running a business here?

I enjoy running a business in the Roaring Fork Valley because I am a Glenwood Springs native of 40 years and am highly invested in our valley, and I’m pleased to bring a quality local small business to contribute to our area.
