2 p.m., Saturday — Professor Andrew Gulliford, Ph.D., will discuss Teddy Roosevelt’s youth, his passion for the West, and his impact on the National Park Service, Saturday in Rifle. Participants will hear about the president’s local visit and bear hunt south of Silt in 1905, as well as dedication of the Roosevelt Stained Glass Window, which is housed at the Rifle Library.
