Vernita Bottorff passed away April 10, 2019 in New Castle, Colorado. Vernita was born to Bill and Myrtle Wesley on June 4, 1938 in Plainview, Texas. Aside from being a devoted wife and mother, she was also an in-home caregiver for several years.
Vernita is survived by her husband, Allen “Butch” Bottorff; Daughters, Julie (Randy) Reid, Janet (Larry) Webster; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and her brother, Bob Wesley. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, JR Wesley.
Services will be held Monday, April 15, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Rifle Funeral Home, at 1400 Access Road in Rifle, CO. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery in New Castle, Colorado.
