His replacement has already been announced.
Black Veil Brides frontman Andy Black was set to make a trip down to Australia in March for Download Festival, but he has pulled out of the festival line-up.
In a short statement shared overnight, Andy shared “Due to scheduling conflicts I will not be able to make the trip to Australia as planned. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused but I have every intention to reschedule a tour and see all of you as soon as possible.”
He continued by sharing on Twitter “Australia, for those asking I wanted to clarify that while I unfortunately won’t be able to perform at Download in March, I WILL be heading your way on this upcoming record cycle and tour. I haven’t seen you guys since TSS and I can’t wait to come back!”

Filling the gap on the bill that Andy has left will be New Years Day, marking their first ever Australian appearance.
