Brendon Urie Is On The New Taylor Swift Single ‘ME!’

You really need to see this.

Panic! At The Disco frontman Brendon Urie features on the brand new Taylor Swift single ‘ME!’.

After rumours started circulating online last night ahead of its release, Brendon announced the collaboration this morning sharing “Wait. This really happened?! Like for real?!?! Well I can’t begin to describe how incredible it has been to work on this song and video. So I will simply say: Thank you Taylor Swift for allowing me to be a part of your beautiful story. So much fuckin love and respect.”

The single itself is called ‘ME!’ and is a pop banger, with an additional co-writing credit from Joel Little (the producer and songwriting mastermind behind Lorde and many other artists).

Five years ago Brendon was asked who he would most like to collaborate with – and now he’s done it!

Additionally, Taylor has long been a fan of Brendon and Panic! At The Disco, and is quoted in her April, 2019 cover story with ELLE magazine saying “When I hear ‘I Write Sins Not Tragedies’ by Panic! At The Disco, I’m transported back to being sixteen and driving down the streets of Hendersonville, Tennessee, with my best friend Abigail, euphorically screaming the lyrics.”

Talk about an ambitious crossover event.
