Ahead of the release of the deluxe version of their album ‘The Silver Scream’, Ice Nine Kills have dropped their highly anticipated bonus track based on the film Scream.
Rock Sound recently caught up with Ice Nine Kills frontman Spencer Charnas, and speaking of ‘Your Number’s Up’ he shared, “It was a lot of fun, and recently we had been lucky enough to hang out at the house from the original Scream – the house that was used in basically the last bloodbath scene. And I think that helped inspire me to write it, and it’s cool to be able to visit these locations where these iconic films were made and let that whole world seep into the writing.”
We’d also like to draw attention to the lyric “Guess I’ll leave your body on the cutting room floor, all bets are off – I just buried Drew Barrymore”.
