The band also debuted another song from their upcoming album ‘Van Weezer’ during the episode, but that hasn’t made it’s way online yet.
If you’re in the UK, you’ll be able to watch the episode for yourself on May 22 at 8:30pm on Sky 1.
The appearance follows on from the release of ‘Hero’ last week, an incredible inspiring song with an incredibly inspiring video, which you can check out now:
