During our process of auditing our records for the Grand Lake Area Historical Society, we found that we were not holding up to our fiduciary duties in one area. This situation has been going on for a number of years.
We are liable to honor our responsibility to our Grand Lake community, donors and members, and find it necessary to change a policy in this aspect of our nonprofit organization.
