The Middle Park Fair began Friday at the Grand County Fairgrounds in Kremmling with 4H exhibitors being interviewed by judges.
The fair returns Saturday with the dog and cat shows and a 5K fun run at Doc Ceriani Park before Sunday’s open horse. After that, things really kick off with a host of events through Aug. 11.
Admission to the fair is free, thanks to a donation from the Grand Foundation. The headliner for the concert on Aug. 10 will be Nashville singer and songwriter Corbin Easton. Gates open at 6 p.m. with the performance set to begin an hour later. Tickets start at $25.
Additionally, the ever-popular Get Smashed Demolition Derby will be the following weekend on Aug. 17. Find tickets for the concert and demo derby at MiddleParkFairAndRodeo.com.
