With autumn fast approaching in Rocky Mountain National Park, shutterbugs are preparing for a spectacular display of fall colors. Realizing this, the Rocky Mountain Conservancy is offering a course in fall photography Sept. 20-21.
The course is designed to cultivate fall color photography skills, and participants can join the class with any type of camera, ranging from smart phones and point and shoot cameras to DSLR cameras.
Photographers should bring a sack lunch for the Saturday field portion of the two-day course, along with plenty of water, warm layers and snacks for classroom learning and field shoots.
The instructor, Bob Dean, has years of experience as a part-time photography professional who teaches nature photography in classrooms and field workshops across Colorado.
The course is $237.50 for members or $250 for non-members. For more about Fall Color Photography: Harvesting Colorado Gold, go to http://www.rmconservancy.org or call 970-586-3262.
