Are civility and constructive debate in good faith too much to ask for? The question of how much personal liberty, if any, we are willing to forfeit in an effort to address gun violence is a legitimate one. Call me naive, but I wish reasoned arguments would be presented and considered. Can’t we do better than ad hominem attacks?
