Traffic is slow going from Rifle to Glenwood Springs and upvalley toward Aspen on Wednesday morning, as reports of a crash on eastbound Interstate 70 near Canyon Creek at milemarker 109 have left the highway traffic to left-lane only.
Colorado State Patrol said there were no injuries reported from the crash.
A spokesman also said State Patrol received reports of another crash about 10 miles farther west involving a single vehicle at about milemarker 100. He said the vehicle went off the road and into the fence, and the driver was getting his vehicle towed.
