I believe that arrogant Independence Pass snowmobiler David Lesh and his buddy need to have their snowmobiles impounded and then get a huge fine in addition to 1,000 hours of work on the Independence Pass Foundation sites.
I have been snowmobiling in the Aspen area and other places, and I have not encountered anyone this arrogant.
Unfortunately, we have become more civilized in recent years. In 1971, we would have just smashed his snowmobile with a sledge hammer and then lit it and his pickup truck on fire. Too bad now we can hide behind the courts.
