Colorado owes it to our surrounding Western states and the nation to preserve the cleanness and cohesiveness of the last large tracts of virgin lands in our nation. Bills like S.47 (Natural Resources Management Act) will fund the preservation of lands that are valuable to wildlife. Because the lands are lower elevations of wildlands, pressured by development, we need to help preserve them in the public interest.
