The water level was low, the Roaring Fork River was clear but the fishing down in Woody Creek sure was slow.
We almost got skunked on this episode of The Drop-In, but luckily one member of our fly-fishing crew was able to land two fish (a rainbow and a brown trout) just as the light started to fade for the evening.
If you’re curious of where to fish or what flies are working, make sure to stop in to one of the many local fly shops in the Aspen-Snowmass area such as Aspen Outfitting Co., Taylor Creek Fly Shop and Frying Pan Anglers.
