Late last month, Waterparks frontman Awsten Knight sent everyone into meltdown with reports that he’d deleted the entire upcoming Waterparks album ‘Friendly Reminder’.
Was that all part of a big tease, or did he actually do it? No one except him knows for sure.
However. Last night Awsten went on Instagram live and played what we can only assume is a brand new, unheard Waterparks song.
Now, by the very nature of Instagram live, once it’s over it’s gone for good. Except in this case – because a fan screen recorded the entire thing and shared it on Twitter with the caption “I CAN’T WAIT TO HEAR THIS LIVE”.

From this, fans are assuming the song is called ‘Turbulent’, and are justifiably hyped for official new music from Waterparks.
Fingers crossed that’s coming very very soon.
