Ice Nine Kills Have Parted Ways With Their Bassist, Who Has Joined Motionless In White

The departure is amicable.

Ice Nine Kills have announced the departure of their bassist Jusin Morrow in a short statement posted on their Facebook page.

They explained that his departure was a mutually determined decision, and he will be joining Motionless In White full time.

Justin had been filling in on bass for Motionless In White over the past six months, following the departure of bassist Ghost last May.

“Over the last 6 months our bass player, Justin Morrow, has been filling in for Motionless In White. After much consideration, we have mutually decided to part ways and Justin will be moving forward as the bass player for Motionless in White. We are excited for Justin and wish him nothing but the best!

Meanwhile, we are pleased to announce that filling Justin’s shoes will be ex-Venetia Fair member pianist/vocalist, Joe Occhiuti, who co-wrote some of ‘The Silver Scream’ and who has been a part of the extended INK family for many years. Joe brings with him an extensive multi instrument musical background and will not only be taking over bass duties, but will be contributing keys and back-up vocals, breathing even more insanity into the INK live show.”
