Linkin Park’s ‘Hybrid Theory’ Is Back In The Album Chart, 18 Years After It Was Originally Released

Nostalgia is pretty strong lately, huh?

Following the news last week that My Chemical Romance‘s classic album ‘Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge’ had re-entered the US album chart for the first time in 14 years, now Linkin Park have followed suit.

This week Linkin Park’s classic album ‘Hybrid Theory’ has re-entered the US album charts for the first time since July 2017.

It entered the album charts at number 191 this week – the chart week that also marked what would have been Chester Bennington’s 43rd birthday.

‘Hybrid Theory’ peaked at number two on the album charts in December 2002 – over two years after its original release. In total it’s spent 230 weeks in the chart (that’s almost four and a half years).

Turn it up today!
