But that hasn’t meant the end of making music for Napoleon frontman Wes Thompson, who has thrown himself into his new project 3amwithyou, alongside Miles Kent from Catch Fire.
If you know these lads from their previous two bands, you may not recognise them from the sound of 3amwithyou – but their brand of synthy pop-rock is the real deal.
Last year 3amwithyou dropped their first two singles – ‘Lightning Bolt’ and ‘Leave Some Love’ – and this brand new one ‘Perfume’ is another twinkly, synth-filled addition to their catalogue.
