Twenty-nine scene has us absolutely thriving, and the most recent example of that is Cassadee Pope reviving a Hey Monday classic during her headline set.
Hey Molnday have been on an indefinite hiatus since 2011, and since then Cassadee has forged a solo career in country music.
But over the weekend, Cassadee revived Hey Monday’s ‘Homecoming’ during her show in Lexington, Kentucky.
“So a big reason that I’m here, is that I was in a band called Hey Monday,” Cassadee shared. “So I thought ‘I can’t play a headlining tour, and not play a Hey Monday song’. So this song goes back to 2008!”
