Fox News anchor Chris Wallace has offered an official apology to Kelly Clarkson after saying she needs to “stay off the deep dish pizza for awhile.”
Wallace’s jab came near the end of a conversation with radio host Mike Gallagher on April 3. The conversation turned from politics to pizza, and Wallace brought up Little Ceasars’ bacon-wrapped crust pizza. The two joked about fat-shaming, with the radio host telling Wallace not to fat-shame him. Then he asked if Wallace had seen Clarkson lately.
“Holy cow, did she blow up!” he says.
