Training Tips

River Ride sponsor Vail Vitality Center shares some tips on getting into cycling shape for a fun-filled summer.

Transitioning from skiing to cycling is always a spring health challenge but it’s one we are ready for! Here are some cycling training tips to keep in mind that will have you pedaling up the passes in no time!
