This is the nearly 9-foot, 280-pound wels catfish caught by angler Dino Ferrari (cool name) and his brother Dario in Italy. It is one of the largest ever caught, and was released back into the river from which it came after the two brothers weighed and measured it. Me? I would have strapped a saddle to that thing and made it my new freshwater battle mount. I already have a shark mount for doing battle in saltwater. He’s a hammerhead. I named him Nails. Just kidding, I named him Princess.
Keep going for a video of Dino hanging out with the catfish in the water in case you thought the picture was fake.
