Ashley Monroe has released the video for her latest single, “On to Something Good.” The song is the debut single from her upcoming, still-untitled new album.
Monroe co-wrote the song with Luke Laird and Barry Dean. The video, directed by Rachel McDonald, shows Monroe cruising around her current hometown of Nashville, purchasing stacks of LPs and bowling at the trendy Pinewood Social restaurant, while singing lines like, “Lost and found / I’m better dancing when I don’t look down / Hard times roll up, but they don’t hang around / I feel like I’m on to something good.”
