Join us in supporting a great cause and our favorite member of local law enforcement. Nottingham lake in Avon, Saturday Feb 11 1-3PM. Officer Briggs is jumping into the lake (featured behind him in this nice summer time picture) to raise funds for Colorado Special Olympics. It costs an average of $500 dollars to sponsor a special Olympic sporting event. Officer Briggs hopes to raise enough funds to sponsor two more of these great events by raising funds at the polar plunge.
