Adam and Elli Roustom of Blue Plate in Avon will be teaming up with local cancer survivor and philanthropist Robyn Loring Specthrie to host a fundraising dinner benefiting Pink Vail on Wednesday, Feb. 27.
The Fabulous Femmes will kick off the night at 6 p.m. with a disco dance party on the enclosed patio, and the Sam Bee Trio will continue serenading guests throughout dinner and the rest of the evening. Dinner will include passed hor d’oeuvres followed by a four-course menu with elegant wine pairings.
Guests will determine the price of their meals by bidding in a silent auction throughout the event. The two highest donations will each receive a reservation in one of Blue Plate’s new and exclusive Chef’s Dining Gondolas along with a four-course dinner for four. The event will also feature an elite raffle, along with a fun photo booth in the new gondolas. Guests will each receive their own complimentary Gondola Photo Booth polaroid.
The profits from the night will be donated to Pink Vail, a charity that assists the Shaw Cancer Center in Eagle County through enhancements to patient care and patient programming. The organization helps to fund the center’s special wellness programs to improve patient experience.
This is an exclusive event with very limited seating and will require an initial $100 deposit per person. Contact rspec3@aol.com to reserve your spot.
