I read the article about the accident on Vail last week in the Vail Daily. I’m the “woman in black and white,” “just screaming for help.”
I was right behind Michael when he fell. Thanks for the article, good job conveying the dramatic story.
From that day forward, I’ve said “learn CPR, get certified, recertified” repeatedly. It was good the article emphasized that. In the end, though, it took every one of those people who responded to save him.
I was reminded how much we depend on each other every day and that there are so many good, competent, caring people willing to help.
