Letter: Thanks all around for housing summit

On behalf of APX1 and the U.S. Mountain Community Summit planning team, we are eternally grateful to the town of Vail, the greater Eagle County community and Vail Resorts for hosting the inaugural U.S. Mountain Community Summit, where 26 municipalities joined to address the core issues that resort-based mountain towns face. Action items include the development of a knowledge bank designed to leverage proactive policies nationwide, workforce housing developer and impact investor network, and bi-annual strategic reports to synthesize and rank housing solutions by geography. U.S. Mountain Community Summit 2019 key sponsors included APX1, Vail Resorts, town of Vail, Gorman & Company, Triumph Development, RCLCO, Vail Valley Partnership, Eagle County, Forum Phi, RA Nelson, Vail Health, Vail Board of Realtors, Alpine Bank, 359 Design, Hoffmann Parker Wilson & Carberry P.C., Vail Daily, and Method Homes. We deeply appreciate sponsor support and their proven dedication to the Vail Community and beyond. To George Ruther, Kristin Kenney Williams, Chris Romer, and Dr. Bobby Lipnick, you are gems.
