It was a great weekend for speed skiing at the championships qualifier for kids ages 12 and 13 at Breckenridge Jan. 26-27. Ski & Snowboard Club Vail athletes raced in a pair of super-G races with Lauren Haerter taking home a win. Kai Ogawa, Mason Renick, Frankie Marston and Shu Avery earned podium results while Brady Malboeuf, Sydney Birtwhistle, Logan Hale, Luke Arrigoni, Hunter Salani, Sawyer Reed, Tyler Hopkins, Nicole Begue Troconis, Phoebe Heaydon and Kyleena Lathram earned top-10 finishes.
