Free Legal Help Clinic — 10 a.m., third Thursdays of every month, Parachute Branch Library. Free legal civil services are available to qualified Garfield County residents. Set up a time to meet online with an attorney at the Parachute Branch Library; 30-minute appointments are available from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month. Sip and Scan — 10 a.m. – 7 p.m., The Meeting Place, 110 E. 3rd Suite 209, Rifle. Book a Free Private health scan and enjoy a cup of tea or lemon water. A scan will be used with the ITOVI Health scan. This scan measures the frequency in your body and matches it with essential oils that will help raise your frequency, physically and emotionally. Once we have your scan I will guide you through a healing plan. These meetings will be first come first serve and in a private setting. No purchase necessary. GarCo First Responders Day — 10 a.m., Silt Stoney Ridge Pavilion, 648 N. 7th St., Silt. Recognize and celebrate law enforcement, fire protection and emergency services. Kids bounce house, educational community booths with giveaways, free barbecue, law enforcement memorial tribute, live entertainment with Nashville’s Tyler Barham and more.
