Rosalie Ann Dombrowski (May 12, 1938 – May 1, 2019)

Rose had many talents and loves, first of all, her devotion to her husband Larry, and all of her kids, grandkids and great grandkids. She loved her plants and had a very green thumb! Rose spent many years cooking in the school system and a variety of different places in younger years. She also ran Rifles “Curves” office until her health failed her – she thoroughly enjoyed community events like fairs & rodeos.

Rose was born on May 12, 1938 in Denver, CO to David & Maxine Hartley. Her childhood was spent in Kansas with her grandparents and later in California with her mother.

She met Larry Dombrowski in Longmont, CO and they married in 1976.

Rose is survived by husband Larry, of Rifle, brother Gene & wife Karen and her son Randy Madden of Burbank, CA. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

She was proceeded in death by her parents and daughters Terry and Tammy.

Celebration of life will be held at Emanuel Lutheran Church, 652 E. 5th St. in Rifle, Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at 2 p.m. No reception is planned at this time.
