The Colorado School Safety Resource Center is hosting a one-day threat assessment symposium for schools on Feb. 5, inviting interested parties to take a deep-dive look into critical threats facing schools today.

The afternoon workshop will include a presentation by Sam Jingfors, vice president of Safer Schools Together and developer of the Ditital Threat Assessment. The program was developed in response to evolving technological challenges faced by students in the realm of social media, and Jingfors will help attendees address student safety concerns and provide strategies for dealing with online situations.
