The High Country Conservation Center is sponsoring a panel discussion on the challenges the Earth faces this century. On Wednesday at the Frisco Adventure Park Day Lodge, an informed panel of experts will present their knowledge and findings, which will then be followed by a Q&A, with discussion including natural hazards like earthquakes and volcanoes, population and consumption, agriculture and food supply, pollution and depletion, choices for sustainability, and climate. Don Sather will be moderating the panel with meteorologist Doug Muschett, geophycisist Douglas Carlson, cognitive scientist Jack Alpert and agriculture expert Dan Allen on the panel.
The panel discussion will take place at 6:30 p.m. at the Frisco Day Lodge, 621 Recreation Way in Frisco.
